For existing customers: When installing the new version of the CUE app please make sure to uninstall all previous versions of the CUE apps from your device as well as deleting the .apk files from the Downloader prior to installation.
Updating the app will not affect your settings. It will only update the content.

1. Your NEW USERNAME is now your email address.
2. Your PASSWORD remains the same.
What to do next:
● Log in to your back office to confirm your email
(username) and password.
● Uninstall and then reinstall the CUE
Broadcast app.
● Log in to the app using your new username (your email) and
existing password.
